One of Us Is Lying by Karen M. McManus

This book… wow. I have been waiting to read One of Us Is Lying for quite a long time. I think I first saw it in a Penguin First to Read drawing, and didn’t end up getting a galley. Basically since then this book has been on my library hold list and I FINALLY got to read it this week. It was well worth the wait.

Next Year in Havana by Chanel Cleeton

I selected Next Year in Havana from Penguin’s First to Read program because the second I read the description, I was hooked. Dual-timeframe romances are my favorite, favorite subgenre, so I knew I had to check this one out. And man, am I glad I did.

Bailey and the Bad Boy by R. Linda

I randomly found this book while browsing my Kindle Unlimited recommended titles, and oh my GOD am I glad I downloaded this. I haven’t loved a book this much in quite a while, and I can’t recommend it enough. 

The Twelve Dancing Princesses by K. M. Shea

I have been a longtime fan of K. M. Shea’s Timeless Fairy Tales series, and I’m always excited when I see a new one appear in the Kindle store. Her books are really interesting, unique takes on classic fairy tales, and this installment is no exception. 

Flamecaster by Cinda Williams Chima

After what felt like the LONGEST library hold, I was so excited to finally start reading Chima’s Shattered Realms series. I was fully expecting to love this as much as her Seven Realms series, and I was not disappointed.

Sea and Sand by Alex Lidell

I love Alex Lidell’s TIDES series, so as soon as I got an email saying book 3 was available, you know I one-clicked that and started reading. It took me a little while to jump back into this world and remember what had happened in the previous two books, but this book turned out to be a thrilling, adventurous, slightly darker addition to the series.
